The Saints were only ahead 17-13 at the half in this game before exploding for 31 points in the 2nd half to run away with this game.  Drew Brees was outstanding again completing 25 of 34 passes for 311 yards with 3 TD passes and 1 interception in this game.  The running game was in good hands again as Mike Bell carried the ball 17 times for 87 yards (5.1 ypc) with a TD run.  Reggie Bush pitched in with 33 yards rushing on 10 carries (3.3 ypc) with a TD run.  He also caught 3 passes for 42 yards (14.0 avg).  Marques Colston caught 8 passes for 98 yards (12.3 avg) with 2 TDs to lead the way in the passing game for the Saints.  Devery Henderson also had a good game catching 3 passes for 71 yards (23.7 avg) against the Eagles.  The Saints finished up with 421 total yards on offense (133 rushing, 288 passing) in this game.

Linebacker Scott Shanle led the way for the Saints with 11 tackles and a interception.  Safety Darren Sharper had another solid game with 3 tackles and a interception that he returned 97 yards for a TD in the 4th quarter.  The Eagles finished up with 463 total yards of offense in this game (85 rushing, 378 passing).  This was a huge win on the road for the Saints improving them to 2-0 on the season.
