What are we thinking about? What is New Orleans doing today about correcting being 20 feet below sea level? Is building ( “REPARING”? ) this SUPERDOME going to protect the city next time? Is FEMA investing $115 MILLION in this DOME going to protect the city?
Good luck: “to the SAINTS”: They can play anywhere!
Where is the other half of the people who did not return to the city going to live and play?
    GREAT WORK FOLKS ! ! !
Hope you injoy your rebuilt dome,if it last below sea level!
    Good Luck!

That’s not an intelligent way to look at the situation in New Orleans. The Saints brought all of those people together and gave them something to root for. The Saints and pro sports in general are an escape hatch from reality. If you’re worried about how the Saints are gonna play on Sunday, it helps you make it to the end of the week.

The Superdome lasted for 30+ years under sealevel before the storm, but lets be fa real, if this wasnt louisiana ya wouldnt have anything to say. nobody tells people in Cali ta not build things while they always having earthquakes and landslides, or the people in tornado alley, why dont yall tell those people ta leave their homes and families and everything they know. Nobody tells people in florida ta leave when they get hit by hurricanes every damn year, but we get hit by the stongest hurricane since bettsy and that was like 30+ years ago. but ya quick ta go to florida’s help but say forget bout louisiana.
