Both Saints’ fullbacks banged up against Browns
Starting fullback Mike Karney will be out 2 weeks after injuring his calf. Keith Joseph will be out 4-6 weeks with a sprained MCL. The Saints will be scrambling to find a fullback to block for their fine running backs.
Once again, the defense must continue to stop it’s opponents offense. That is the key to long term success and winning the super bowl. They have won three games in the row because the defense has played very well. Remember, the defense sets up everything good for the offense to put points on the board. Special teams is the second key to continuous victory. The special teams must continue to make plays and make things happen. The offense will take care of it self. All of you out there who are saint’s fans, worship the defense and admire the offense and the saint’s will win a super bowl.
The offense will have to carry this team soon, because the defense is playing way over their heads and they won’t be able to keep it up all year long.
